Meet Julia Garcia

EDUCATOR | SPEAKER| PERFROMANCE POET

As a nationally renowned speaker, published author and the Founder of The Rewrite Project, Julia Garcia believes that the most important story we tell is our own.

After struggling through her teenage years and nearly losing her college athletic scholarship by her reckless partying behavior, Julia began to ask herself what her life would look like if she actually cared about what happened to her. In an attempt to rewrite her story, Julia began discovering that the only way to move her story forward was to first let go of all that was holding her back.

While touring the country as a motivational speaker throughout her twenties, publishing a poetic memoir, becoming a PHD candidate, and a mother, Julia began to forge a new path throughout every different chapter of her life. Now, as an unlikely voice of her generation, Julia Garcia, is leading the way for teen girls and women in the workplace to break through their difficult pasts and self-doubt as they rewrite the story of their own personal and professional success.

By rewriting our stories we remove the false narratives that limit our potential
